    Jan. 10th - approx. 4:00 pm. We ordered our meals. The restaurant was basically empty, so service was quick. I ordered tomato juice = it was SOUR, dripping over my glass. I ordered a hot-chicken sandwich - it was lukewarm, fries were cold. My husband ordered the quarter chicken breast dinner: it was dry and also lukewarm, again cold fries. Out of 4 visits there for dinner, this is the SECOND and LAST time that we're going to pay for horrible food. The other 2 visits were OK - but service was unbelievably slow, but we can't blame the servers because we believe that location is understaffed. N in Russell
